1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Courses are open to individuals aged 16+ (under 18s require parental consent).

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment.

3. Fees & Payments

• Fees are non-transferable between courses.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, cash (in-person).

• Unpaid bookings may forfeit reserved spots.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refund: Cancel 7+ days before course start.

• 50% refund: Cancel 3-6 days before start.

• No refunds within 48 hours of start date.

• We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule courses due to low enrollment, with full refunds or transfers.

5. Student Conduct

• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

• Respect intellectual property: Course materials are for personal use only.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues during IT courses.

  • Visa/personal outcomes post-course completion.

  • Loss/damage to personal belongings at our venues.

7. Certificate of Completion

• Issued only if 80% attendance is met.

• Certificates reflect course content, not official accreditation (excluding SELT-approved B1 English).

8. Privacy

• Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and GDPR compliance.

9. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated; changes apply to future enrollments.

10. Governing Law

• Governed by laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in UK courts.
